Compliance Process
HRC Locums boasts a fully trained compliance team dedicated to ensuring the compliance of all our locums before submitting any job. You can be rest assured that our candidates meet the highest standards and hold all the relevant documentation to perform their roles across the UK.
Our compliance team conducts a comprehensive screening process for all locums who wish to work with us. We adhere to standards that surpass NHS Employment checks, ensuring that all our locums meet legal requirements and adhere to best practice benchmarks.
Regular audits are conducted to maintain and constantly improve our compliance standards exceeding our client's requirements and expectations.
We work with a fully compliant training provider to ensure that our locums training is of the required standard. The training provider offers a wide range of training courses, both in-house and online.
Our specifically designed software is geared up to highlight document expiry up to 3 months in advance. This enables our Compliance Team to ensure that no essential paperwork is overlooked, preventing the submission or placement of any locum until all relevant documets are in place.
All our locums are fully compliant to all Government-Approved Framework Standards as well as NHS Employment Standards.

- Proof of identity
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Occupational health
- Professional qualifications
- Mandatory training
- Evidence of Appraisal and Revalidation
- Enhanced DBS checked and cleared
